Easy integration with other tools like outlook, jira. It took 3 month for us to implement this.

- I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person. Just a high quality CRM all around.
- I like finding all the essential tools for all of the company's processes. Sales, marketing, after-sales service, reports, statistics, etc. But especially, the various modules specifically meet my marketing needs (online form with email automation + automatic completion of customer files). The tool saves a lot of time in organizing campaigns, but also allows us to obtain accurate results to improve them later. Customer service responds quickly to our inquiries with clear answers.
