- Outdated and clunky UI that sometimes doesn't push updated information to staff/caregivers working in the field.
- Me gusta la eficiencia y la facilidad de uso del sistema.
- Algunas de las características son insuficientes ya que intenta hacer todo. A veces hay pasos innecesarios, como tener que tomar notas dos veces para mostrar en los turnos. Además, los informes podrían ser mejores.
- Está todo en uno: programación, facturación, perfiles sobre clientes y cuidadores. Me gusta el uso de etiquetas, poder ajustar las horas, poder enviar Carefiners en turnos abiertos, etc.
