- Finding the right functions or features takes a lot of time; they are nested deeply and require more clicks, which could be resolved by simplifying the UI through customer feedback.
- Sometimes, support was confused while trying to resolve our query. They can also try redesigning their interface and making the UI more interactive for users.
- The setup and custom software installation according to client needs and 24x7 support are really helpful for instant production. As a software developer, I've tried other EMR services, but NextGen seems to be the perfect fit.
