• I would highly recommend professional coaching and I was very lucky to be linked with Shams. She helped me develop a new perspective both in my professional and personal life.
• My coach has met me where I am. She's been super intentional about our upcoming sessions and the recommended agenda, but is flexible if there's the need to pivot.
• This is my first experience with a formalized coaching session and I was thrilled to get started. So far I have completed two coaching sessions and have come out of those sessions feeling like I have actionable items that will improve my processes and time management.
