User Reviews
- The live response tracker is one of the most helpful aspects I've noticed when using the Televox platform. Being able to track precisely how our response rates look almost immediately after release has allowed our organization to react quickly and efficiently when changes are needed.
- I think the customer service is pretty good.
- Ease of use. Confirming calls does help to cut down no-show appointments.
- The customer service is pretty good.
- I don't like how corporate it is. LabCalls can be easy to use, but the amount of people you have to talk to to get an answer is sometimes hard.
