- It is wonderful for dermatology, general medical consultations, and mental health support.
- Makes it easier to see patients without needing an office and all the extra staff.
- The convenience to talk to a physician's exists, but the physicians are bound to TeleDoc's rules that essentially make them quite useless.
- You can talk to someone pretty fast and get a prescription.
- There was nothing worth saying that they did well because they didn't actually do anything at all for me except to steal $25 from me!!!!!!!!!!!
- I used them because they said they could prescribe Paxlovid. When I spoke with a doctor, he said that's not true, they cannot prescribe it.
- I haven't found the medical care to be of very high quality. The doctors spend very little time with the patients and seem to be rushing through calls.
- If you do not have Blue cross/Blue shield or private pay you can't use this service.
- Sometimes the app does not work properly and causes challenges to use the app.
- Call on doc helped me with what I actually needed instead.
- Wish there was more innovation - ability to integrate and display follows up sent from the tool within Eaglesoft. Integration with call tracking. More modern UI.
- I am able to get taken care without long wait times at the dr. Can call between meetings when it's simple illness.
- They could have been more upfront about cost or explaining what teledoc is actually for, but they deceptively do not explain anything so people think it's could be a good service.
- The providers, if you can get to one, have been good, so far (medical & mental health).
- Not really that convenient.
- I called teledoc for a prescription I have been taking for years but they didn't explain that they didn't give refills.
- They are also more expensive than visiting a primary care doctor so while you think it saves you time and money, it really doesn't.
- I had COVID and I was on vacation at the time not near an urgent care center, so I was looking to get a prescription sent in.
