- So much better than waiting and send 1x per month.
- Sometimes it is slow to load.
- The program also offers strong reporting and analytics features, allowing practitioners to learn important things about patient demographics, revenue patterns, and practice performance.
- Not able to have charting document open and also toggle back to the scheduling page within the same window (have to open many separate windows to do this).
- Additionally, for small practices with tight resources, the cost structure of the program might be a hurdle. Despite these factors, the extensive practice management functionality and integration capabilities of Allscripts Practice Management exceed these drawbacks, making it an important tool for medical practices.
- I am now also unable to enter any orders from off site. While I can to log in securely log in, the system has been 'upgraded' such that there is NO option for a screen resolution that will allow me to see the complete order button.
- The patient had to sign the consent FOUR times for it to load correctly, delaying the case by 30 minutes. While we have Dragon, I am unable to directly dictate into the system and must do time consuming copy and paste.
- Easy to use. Prescription status goes to pharmacies quickly.
- Sometimes it is slow to load. Tech support seems to be limited.
- I like that we can see which medications the patients have been prescribed and when. It allows us to pre-populate the prescriptions for refills so we don't have to type everything in again.
- The phone app is basically useless. I have to go into a browser on my phone and go directly to the website to be able to see the patient prescription history and send a prescription. Only use it in case of emergencies when I don't have access to a computer.
- Users can quickly access patient records, lab results, and other critical information, enhancing healthcare delivery's overall productivity and effectiveness. Very User friendly.
- Having to route incoming faxes from labs into the EHR. They do have an add on for this and we are currently looking to get it added.
- I truly do like this program and it is a significant part of our practices day-to-day functions. When it goes down clinic is highly negatively impacted. I would absolutely recommend this program and paired with Allscripts PM. Both are EXTREMELY ESSENTIAL is helping our practice run efficiently.
- Can view schedule and check in/discharge patients, holds all patients records and notes, I like the layout of individual patient's charts, the fact that you can scan in documents including insurance cards/ID's and designate where to drop them.
- Freezes frequently, organization of general layout could be better, more breakdown of ways to search for a patient chart, crashes OFTEN, LARGE ISSUE WITH ALLSCRIPTS PM CROSSING OVER TO ALLSCRIPTS CLOUD EHR!!
- The best thing about this product is that it allows doctors to send electronic scripts to pharmacies. This makes it easier for patients and for the medical offices.
- The learning curve was hard. Older patients wanted traditional paper scripts.
