- Very reliable service. I have been using RingCentral every day for years across several contracts and they have always been reliable and clear. Anytime I have had an issue their customer service was able to fix it quickly.
- Easy Access, But Call Quality Can Improve. I love RingCentral for its easy setup and access, which significantly helps our sales department. It permits seamless text communication and phone calls, increasing accessibility for us and our agents. Its agility saves us time, making it efficient and better than our previous solution.
- User friendly, Simple UI, Faster than others. You can integrate it with ATS also if you didn't get a chance to open the app or web you will get a notification in your inbox.
- RingCentral is an outstanding cloud-based communication platform that combines reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. The setup process is quick and straightforward, and the system works flawlessly across all my devices—desktop phone, computer, and smartphone. This seamless integration is especially important in my current role, where I split my time evenly between the office and working remotely.
- Still requires loads of improvement. Makes it easier to integrate with other systems such as HubSpot. Constantly crashes and has a delay when dialing. Also sometimes does double dialing.
- It's been really great. It has all these features that really help me with my work. I think the tab of recordings of the calls. You can have them right away and even download them to listen to them.
- Worst customer service. I have opened 3 cases about the same issue in past 8-9 days. I get canned responses and nobody knows what they are talking about. Outsourced customer services who dont know what they are talking about.
- AMAZING APP. The Calls are pretty good with that app and also include a msg text with the coworker, and clients.
- They got you! Account specialists are well educated with the product they are handling. So for setting up new accounts, removing or deleting unused extensions and updating profiles are much easier with their help.
- Best phone software for all size companies. The RingCentral app allows you to make and receive calls on your personal device without having to give out your personal number. When you make a call through the app your business number will show up. This is great for high call volume positions when you may need to make or take calls even when out of the office.
