- I like that Office Ally has an intelligent import function. There’s no need to adjust spreadsheets or screen submissions. Office Ally is intelligent enough to do most of its own QC screening, and will prompt you to make necessary changes to claim submissions.
- Whenever there is an adjudication issue, Office Ally makes it difficult to resubmit within the program. It will keep submissions from going out if it believes it a secondary claim, or a duplicate.
- We’re solving nearly all billing issues. Office Ally communicates well with ChiroTouch.
- Better data documentation. Secure, flexible, user-friendly, easy appointments, dashboards.
- The fact that first-time users have difficulty navigating the system.
- Get all health records in one software, which is EHR 24/7. It's excellent.
- Improved collaboration, more patients increased, better clinical support, fast medical services, regular notifications, etc.
