User Reviews

• Very organized and useful. Customer services was excellent when setting up new physicians. The department walked me through every step of the way.
• It is easy to use and navigate when sending prescriptions.
• The server is fast. It has potential but it is a very immature product.
• Rcopia is an add on to our EHR system. We use it every day. We have had some glitches with the program off and on since I have been here. It is great that we don't have to worry about sending a paper rx to the patient. It saves time for the students we help.
• Painful. Almost every day is painful. Almost nothing works efficiently nor benefits our practice.
• They don't have contact numbers for a real person for a reason.
• When they were a part of our EHR it was easier but they don't respond to concerns and takes forever to fix things.
• They think they know how prescriptions are written.
• Very poor in terms of efficiency and reliability.
• This software is like the plague, despite their grandiose claims.
