- The system has created issues and we are switching.
- The platform did not work consistently as intended. About 30-40% of the time health questionnaires do not port into the EHR discrete data mapped sections.
- Patients frequently called the office for support regarding the MyCarePlan app or website.
- Logging into the provider app is 'glitchy' at times and will tell you you have the wrong password or username.
- My practice is now paying for two products due to the number of patient and provider complaints regarding Qure4U.
- We did not wait to switch as several patients told us they were almost frustrated with the digital check-in process to not keep their initial appointment.
- Customer services is great, even though our issues were not resolved, they were always kind.
