• Ease to use, great to implement, love the features and integration.
• User-friendly, easy access for all the information we can have at one place.
• The ease of use. All the integrations it has. Everything all in one package that you would need to run a medical practice.

• eClinicalWorks includes a patient portal that allows patients to view their medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with providers.
• eClinicalWorks is Meaningful Use certified, meaning it meets certain government standards for the use of electronic health records.
• The software is a bit expensive and lags with ample bound of the data.
• The system is user-friendly both for the front-end, providers, and the back-end. Information can be obtained in various ways.
• All the clicks, and sometimes the changes are not accepted.
• The system went down many times. Not sure whether it was a server issue or database issue.
• The customer success team refuses to respond and the company continues to bill for my subscription well after cancellation.
• I cannot get a response from anyone from the company to help.
• The fake positive reviews here are amusing.
• Outdated UI and styling.
• Too many clicks.
• EMR loses patient's info, their meds mysteriously disappear from list. Dangerous.
• EMR loses pharmacy requests and outside messages.
• The system is comprehensive, but too busy for some users. Great for front office staff. Support has been overhauled but still needs work.
