- I love the ease of use, the security of the platform being HIPAA compliant and I love the ability to collaborate instantly.
- The TigerConnect platform has proven to be a reliable resource that allows two way communication with individuals and groups.
- Ease of use. Doesn't require a phone or computer; thus can multi-task if necessary.
- I really like how easy it is to contact employees if needed. (Group messages) I also like how easy it is for patients to reply back to texts and sending out texts is very easy to do.
- The platform itself is so user friendly. We utilize both the internal communication tool and the patient portal to communicate with our clients and their families through a HIPAA secure platform.
- I love that you can either use the app on the computer and that you can also download the app on your phone. It is nice to be able to connect with colleagues even when you are not by a computer by using the phone app.
