- We primarily choose PracticeQ for its customer service component; I wanted questions answered quickly and needed to choose a company that responded right away.
- I love the customizable intake forms, email automations, and note templates.
- The client portal allows clients to schedule appointments and manage invoices. This, for us, was a driving feature as we looked for a PMS/EHR replacement for our old system Medisoft.
- PracticeQ has a feature where customers can submit suggestions for future product updates, and PracticeQ is always rolling out new features and updates.
