- Phreesia has allowed us to automate our point of service/copayment collection workflow and increased the amount we are collecting on a monthly basis.
- I have been a client of Phreesia for 2-3 years, and I wanted to cancel my service since I engaged another vendor who provides the same service and more. When I went to cancel my service on April 13, I was told my contract auto-renewed for one year on April 1, and that I needed to cancel 60 days before my contract renewed.
- The system integrates with eCW EMR and cuts our office time in half, allowing to focus on other areas in the practice.
- Phreesia is very knowledgeable in their understanding of how it can integrate with Athena. I appreciate Kanishka's ability to understand TOMAGWA's unique workflows and make adjustments to align Phreesia and Athena. She is amazing to work with. The dashboard is very user friendly. I was also impressed with Phreesia's turnaround time to roll out the implementation phase.
- I love the ease of the Self scheduling process.
- Phreesia is very customizable for the practice. Customer Support from every department/team is amazing and wonderful to speak with. We use our Phreesia system on a daily to check in/out collect all patient data and payments.
- Implementation was comprehensive and interactive. Phreesia has relatively easy to access analytics, and is a solid digital check in solution for patients and staff alike. The dashboard application is user-friendly, and overall it is easy to train on.
- We've been able to reduce our check-in time from 8 minutes to about 3 and 1/2 minutes!
- The overall communication with the team.
