- Great platform that has huge future potential. It is one of the more modern systems that has really good integration capabilities. The one thing that stands out is the ease for which to setup EDI and the built in features such as fax, document storage, etc. Given that it has an API that was a huge selling point for us to integrate our in house systems and workflow with the platform. It has potential for scalability with its modular approach as well.
- I really haven't had a great experience with PatientPop. Unfortunately I believe this is a company that likes to promise the world to potential clients, and then they underdeliver dramatically.
- Ease of use and ability to create templates to cut down documentation time outside of work hours.
- Was with them since 2023. Was paying for SEO optimization which I found out through another company that this was not happening. Also they did not communicate with me at all. After talking with them about the SEO they tried to come back with a new offer...
