Where it would take me minutes to do previous tasks, I can literally complete them in seconds now! And the chat is great! I needed help with an issue earlier today actually and it was resolved within just a few minutes, thank you Justine! Oh and the badges/alerts! They make collecting co-pays so much easier than how we were doing it before.
