- Terrible and slow customer service. I had the displeasure of interacting with their customer service recently. I dealt with a guy named Wendell. It took two requests to get a response after four days. When I was responded to, they completely avoided troubleshooting and tried to point out the most superficial causes. As with any bad customer service, it had nothing remotely to do with the problem I was facing. Their product, for no reason, started sending text messages to our clients with the word 'undefined' instead of the text we sent. I had to repeatedly ask them to focus on troubleshooting instead of sounding like 1990s tech support, telling me to turn off and on again. They still haven't solved the problem and haven't provided a reason for it to have happened. To make matters worse, Wendell seemed more concerned with engaging in small talk with me than solving the problem. It was an extremely lazy approach to what I assume is a very easy solution. You get what you pay for. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with their customer service, but it's the first time I've dealt with an idiot who made me want to write a review about it.
