• The app doesn't pressure you to make changes but educates and makes you mindful of what you're changing. I like the app's layout, the lessons' content and the fact that it connects with other health apps. The coach is invaluable; connecting with others in your group for support is excellent.
• The weight loss program was great. It really pushed me to try to hit my goals. Being able to see how others did in the program was motivating as well.
• I like very much of omada health productswhich is very useful based on day to day food activities
• Non-restrictive plans that teach you to make healthy or healthier choices of what you eat. Every group has a 'Coach' that is there to chat with you openly in the group or privately. There is no pressure just education that happens week by week to help you reach your goals. They provide a scale that links to your user account on the web and on your phone that when you weigh in it automatically updates your weight and progress.
• There is a near endless amount of information available through this app. From descriptions of how and why certain things are unhealthy to guidelines for sustainable healthy living.
• Weight tracking, weekly lessons, food journal
• I like the tips tailored to my answers. Based on my reactions or interactions with the app, fitness levels and goals it provides user specific information to assist me in reaching my goals.
• They communicated very well when I called with an issue regarding coverage for a family member who was in desperate need.
• It was easy to use and document. It would track activity with so many app options and it held me accountable
• I like that it gives you support through a group and a team manager
