- Different accessibility for admin, practitioners and management is a great feature.
- Easy enough to navigate for first time users.
- The program is easy to book multiple appointments and classes.
- Unreliability of software - some bugs infrequently causing data (clinical notes and letters) to go missing.
- No client portal for checking bookings which is particularly cumbersome for group classes.
- Not being able to add multiple fee options for the same item # in classes is a bit of a pain particularly when we run Hydrotherapy in a group and have 45 minute and 30 minute options.
- When emailing a third party invoice (at the time the invoice is generated), it doesn't automatically tick sent in the accounts screen, this function would be ideal.
- The inability for users to receive direct communication/confirmation regarding patient cancellations or enquiries to their email or phone number.
- Nookal has allowed me to go paperless in terms of clinical notes, invoicing, appointments and allows my secretary to work remotely saving on office bills.
- The vast majority of its features are extremely useful and I’m always pleasantly surprised to find something useful in there I didn’t even know I needed until I did, and then it just happened to already be there.
