I did like the options provided at a very reasonable price. I just needed basic services as phone calls, texts, and voicemail. Nextiva seemed to have the best pricing for these basic services.
- At Excel Academy schools, we’ve used Nextiva for many years to handle fax communication, and we recently created a new account after our previous one was retired. The system has been essential for securely sending and receiving student records. It’s reliable, easy to manage, and helps us get important documents across without issues. Overall, Nextiva has been a trusted tool for our schools. It’s simple enough for daily use but strong enough to support compliance and communication needs.

This covers both the initial sales person, onboarding person, and technical support. Of course, when you first start any new technological device, you're going to have a number of questions. The technical support was easy to connect to without going through numerous hurdles. They help ensure the bottom line issue is resolved. Finally, the salespeople aren't pushy but more so informative.
