• Quick responses when issues arise. Mostly user-friendly for annual trainings and new hires. Policy assignment and tracking is very useful.
• Sales rep was tenacious, but worked within the budget I presented and connected me with a great trainer. A perfect software that meets the needs of every client doesn't exist, however, MedTrainer comes close with the housing of sensitive information.
• I love that I can assign my staff education that they need to complete for compliance, and I love that I can also assign them policies that need to be reviewed and signed on a yearly basis. It takes the hassle out of having to track down people to get them to sign a paper copy.
• I like the ability to choose the different training sessions for our staff and have them automatically resend out when they are due again. This way I don't need to remember everyone.
• Its an easy application to use. Its easy to find in our home page.
• MedTrainer keeps training documents and tracking in one place. It has made the onboarding process easier and more efficient.
• I like the reports I can run, the layout of the courses, and the updates given per department.
• Medtrainer makes handling all the annoying HR type training courses much easier to handle. Their support team is responsive and helpful!
• The ease of use is just a dream to work with. I was able to set up all of our groups and employees without complications or needing to check their detailed training pack or ask the support team to help.
• All my training modules in one convenient, easy-to-follow location.
