User Reviews
- I came here as a first time patient, and I felt very safe and comfortable to discuss my needs. I would recommend to anyone needing any sort of OB/GYN care. These people are amazing! Nadia was absolutely wonderful in making sure I was heard and informed on what was going on.
- Love this clinic super nice super recommend this place. They are super nice and helpful love them
- As a first-time mother, I knew I wanted a personalized pregnancy experience. I found Quilted to be very helpful and enjoyable throughout the process. There were so many lovely midwives I had the opportunity to meet during my pregnancy. It didn't matter if I called in the middle of the night, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Quilted made the transition to a new hospital very easy for my husband and me when we learned that we were going to have to switch hospitals in my ninth month of pregnancy. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to the Quilted team. My postpartum care continued to be amazing a month later. My return will be 100% guaranteed if I become pregnant again. Quilted is a great option if you want individualized non-judgmental care.
- I would not recommend Quilted Health. I found them after I already had my 1st child and thought I would want to use them for my 2nd pregnancy. I loved that it was a midwifery practice that delivered in a hospital setting and that they helped you find and pay for a doula which I knew I would want since I wanted an unmedicated birth for my next pregnancy. But the lack of communication within Quilted Health and between them and other offices (ex. Maternal Fetal Medicine) made me end up switching to a different provider/practice when I was 20 weeks. There were many things that led to the decision to switch. Despite calling them around when I was 5 weeks pregnant, they didn't schedule my first appointment until I was 12 weeks almost 13 weeks. They had earlier appointments available but they were all in the morning and I needed something in the afternoon. The scheduler said she would talk with the midwives to see if they could do a later appointment for me, but when a week went by and I hadn't heard anything I decided to call the scheduler again. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and had not talked with the midwives yet so she basically told me again that she needed to ask them about it. By the time she got back to me I was 8 weeks pregnant and I guess the midwives could not do me at a later time so now I had to request time off from work and they had started to book out their appointment so now I had to schedule my first appointment at 12 weeks. They repeatedly messed up my referral to MFM. They sent the referral incorrectly twice and it caused a real headache for me trying to get everything fixed. And finally they had their receptionist calling me to schedule an ultrasound (even though I had one at my 12 week appointment and the midwife never said anything about needing another one besides when I do the anatomy scan). When I asked the receptionist what this ultrasound was for she did not know and said she would call me back after speaking with the midwife. We then played phone tag for a few days and then find out I don't need the 2nd ultrasound she was trying to schedule me for... She also kept insisting that I go to their Renton location for the ultrasound even though I live in Spanaway and Renton is pretty far from me. All these issues were causing me too much anxiety and headache so I finally decided to switch practices/providers.
