- "Working with Klara" What do you like best about Klara? What I like best about Klara is its simple, user-friendly messaging system that feels just like texting. It makes communication between patients and healthcare staff quick, clear, and organized. I also appreciate how it integrates smoothly with our existing systems, saving time and reducing phone call volume. One downside of Klara is that it relies heavily on patients being comfortable with texting and smartphones, which can be challenging for older or less tech-savvy users. Sometimes notifications can be missed, leading to delays in communication.
