• I’m able to wrap Kipu around the needs of my program, rather than having to restructure my program to fit the system. The ability to create and customize forms gives us the freedom to maintain our unique workflows while still ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met. It’s a system that adapts to us — not the other way around.
• Honestly the whole system is pretty fluid, but the best part is their service department. They are prompt, informed and I can always solve any of the questions or problems I have.
• I most like the simplicity and visibility, as well as the dedicated support staff. I use it every single work day.
• I think it's laid out in a way that makes sense.
• Ease of use and multiple tabs that are necessary in psych! The functionality is great!
• After using other EMR's, I find KIPU to be the most fluid and comprehensive EMR without being convoluted. The ease of use is excellent. Creating patient charts is easy, and very user friendly even for those who are not familiar with electronic medical records. Generating reports from data and the ease of exporting into Excell to analyze and filter is extremely useful. When our old facilities EMR was replaced by KIPU, the transition was smooth and the general concensus of users was positive. Customer support is always clear and timely as well.
• How easy it is to navigate the site and how much information is available to complete my tasks at work. I am a case manager so I am using KIPU probably 50 times a day! It helps contacting clients and supporting them. The ease of integration is fantastic and editing or adding things is a breeze. It's also easy to implement the number of features into my schedule and whatever tasks I need to on an hourly basis. Offering customer/client support is my favorite part of each day and I absolutely could not do it without KIPU!
• KIPU has SEVERAL advantages. The software itself is excellent and sooooo user-freindly. To top it off, the customer service is above and beyond. Any time we've needed help with something their staff has always been available and willing to provide us a solution. Plus, they are innovative and always looking for new ways to integrate diffent services into the EMR to make a even better.
• The reason I like Kipu EMR it super easy to navigate through. Everything is laid out in a simple matter to understand.
• Kipu is easy to learn and straightforward. It is nice to be able to prescribe directly from Kipu.
