- Very easy to teach front-line staff on its capabilities, patient acceptance has been remarkable, and Inbox reporting and feedback is the best of any statement vendor we've ever utilized.
- Very good. It cuts out the need for additional staff to process monthly statements. In addition, auto statement cycles that are deployed daily assist in collecting faster and speeding up the collections cycle that used to drag on for 90 days at a time.
- Integration, software, looking for statements automatic.
- There is nothing at this time I enjoy the support.
