• Support was very helpful and informative. The sales staff worked with us to provide test channels so we could build our interfaces and make sure they worked before go live.
• I like the versatility of Iguana, it allows you to be flexible with what is being sent since you have the ability to scripts to format in the way you prefer.
• The constant logging out in the middle of doing something. Support can never seem to explain why it does it. It will even log out navigating between pages.
