Summary
i2Contour is an AI-powered software by MRIMath that streamlines glioblastoma tumor segmentation from MRI scans, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in treatment planning.
Description
i2Contour is a web-based AI-assisted software designed to semi-automatically segment and quantify glioblastoma tumors from MRI scans. It provides initial tumor contours for review and manual adjustment, facilitating accurate tumor volume assessments for patients with pathologically confirmed glioblastoma. The software aims to improve the efficiency and precision of glioblastoma management by reducing bottlenecks in contouring and accelerating patient care. It is not intended for primary diagnosis but supports monitoring tumor progression or treatment response. The device has received FDA 510(k) clearance, ensuring compliance with FDA security measures for safe medical data management. Key features include time-saving efficiency, secure cyber device compliance, collaborative team spaces, accurate AI labeling, and smart manual contouring. The software operates in a HIPAA-compliant cloud environment, enabling secure, remote collaboration among healthcare professionals. It offers AI-driven segmentation for GBM T1c and FLAIR MRI sequences, with accuracy rates of 95% and 92%, respectively. The platform also provides tools for volumetric measurements, uncertainty quantification, and organs-at-risk segmentation, supporting both clinical decision-making and research workflows. Additionally, i2Contour includes a DICOM viewer for visualizing MRI images and supports data sharing and anonymization services to enhance collaboration and data security.

User Reviews
- Incorporating the MRIMath AI platform into our daily clinical practice has the potential to significantly enhance patient care by providing accurate measurements of brain tumor volume on FLAIR and post-contrast T1 MRI sequences. This accuracy is critical for determining optimal and timely patient management, such as maintaining a specific treatment or modifying the management approach, as well as for clinical trial selection.
- I am pleased to share my strong support for the MRIMath(C) platform, which I have had the pleasure of working with for over two years. My experience with MRIMath(C) has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am consistently impressed by its performance. This platform has proven to be a game-changer in the management of glioma and glioblastoma patients by offering safe, HIPAA-compatible cloud storage for MRI data, ensuring that sensitive information is securely stored and easily accessible for analysis and collaboration.
- I liked the system of post it notes within the program where you could communicate with others and it was not part of the notes.
- I like that it was very user friendly, and easy to navigate. Easy to train other staff members to use it as well. Did not crash much, unlike other systems I have used. Had help readily available both by phone and email if and when needed.
- Very easy to read a chart and find what you are looking for.
