• Disgusting, disappointing, unhelpful, they don’t care that their product Helix has multiple problems and if you try to leave, you won’t ever get your files.
• Cannot fully customize the layout to a project's needs. P1/S1 issues cannot be highlighted in a red color. Licenses are expensive and not ideal for small/independent companies. It's sadly not mobile friendly yet. It's bad for bugs reporting and it...
• The program is great at setting up Working Directories and Repositories. Baselines and different snapshots are a great feature for organizing different versions and final releases. Excellent network option for multiple users.
• Unquestionable pharmacy management tool. I mean it's almost perfect perfect.
