- Halo is often changing up the items offered in their catalogue. Halo's prices seem to be pretty fair for the cost of the item and their mark up. We have a dedicated assigned account manager. There are many different features that Halo offers that my company does not use. My coworkers do not have any issues accessing the site and finding the product they want. The emails alerting employees of their anniversary is automated, which takes our HR team almost entirely out of the picture, which is very nice.
- It took 4 years for us to be given an account manager, which led to a lot of back and forth and a delay in changes and corrections. The shipping and freight charges are often very high and despite requesting to be informed beforehand when they will be high, this never occurs. We have had 300+ charges on shipping of items. The online portal is not easy to navigate or administer. I cannot add or remove employees from the portal myself and must do so through data uploads manually emailed to Halo.
