User Reviews

• It definitely gets the job done and I like the simple, user friendliness of the EMR over other products like eclinical works and Athena which have almost too many options in my opinion but the customer service often leaves me feeling let down or unheard.
• Web check in almost never works, only ports over some of the entered information which then causes patient to duplicate the work when they arrive and there are no fixes in the works that I’m aware of only trying to sell a package for a different type of check in software.
• This is a basic but easy to use EMR. It's hardly the most popular and doesn't have a lot of fancy functions but gets the job done. Patient charts are formatted well and easy to read.
• It's a pain to switch back and forth between visit dates and it doesn't always give a good summary of the visit depending what was charted. It could certainly be streamlined and less clicking back and forth. Also, scanned documents don't always save and it's prone to glitches and outages.
• Great software! Very easy to use, would recommend. Nothing at all, it’s great, enjoy using it! Sometimes RTE doesn’t work. That’s really all I’ve experienced.
