• Difficult to learn and not intuitive. Very difficult to navigate, not an intuitive user interface. It took me over a month to become comfortable enough to use for documentation. Frequent need of site to connect to server while using.
• Low cost, low quality, low usability. Too many clicks. Narratives do not flow. Program does not follow or support actual workflow.
• Difficult to use. Lots of rework is required. When you enter information in one area, it doesn't populate in other areas. The quantity of data required to input is often disproportionate to the situation.
