• Elation makes me Elated! Really. I ENJOY using it. How often do you enjoy using an EMR? It's so simple. Everything you need is right there on a single page. No click click clicking. It's customizable to how you want. You can do everything you want. When I started, an implementation specialist helped me set everything up and learn everything. It was so easy!
• It's easy to use and straightforward. The support team has been pleasant to work with.
• I like that we can create letters that we frequently use to send to patients and the ability to send quick messages to our clinicians. I like that our clinicians can add notes to the rx orders they send in.
• I love how easy it is to send Lab Orders, Referrals, faxes - super easy
• I don't care for this EMR. Some of the functionality is easy to use but a lot of it is very time consuming and requires too many clicks. For example, booking a patient appointment and visually seeing the calendar are not easy. It opens to the days date rather than the selected apt date. In addition, seeing a week at a time is not clear.
