It has achieved HITRUST and NIST security certifications and does not store patient data, enhancing its security posture. The organization also supports the CMS Interoperability Framework and is among the first to achieve Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) designation under the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).
