• It's a good experience and we love our Customer success manager but there is still room for improvement
• I find the Medallion platform to be stable and our API connection hasn't failed to my knowledge. Support is easy to access though chat but it's difficult getting someone on the phone.
• Medallion's customer support team is always so helpful! Whether I go to my account manager, or use the chat feature, they are able to easily support me within a timely manner. Additionally, they have made a lot of changes to the platform and their reporting, which makes it easy for me to garner insights.
• I like the user interface of Medallion's platform! We use the platform quite frequently and it has been instrumental in our cross-licensing efforts.
• Platform display is visually easy for the user. Request submissions. Updates & Notes of applications can be found easily.
