• Coviu is so simple to use. No software or anything to install for the patient. It just works from any browser and pretty much any device. The other great thing is the camera test and that video is on as soon as the call starts (no need to ask the patient to turn their video on).
• Families I work with like not having to download software and it's very easy to navigate.
• The support team were very helpful when I was setting up and spent a long time with me on Coviu explaining the software.
