User Reviews

• Bogus and NOT user friendly. Nothing. This is absolutely useless and time-consuming bureaucratic software. I prefer never use it.
• Cover My Meds was awesome, until it WASNT. I absolutely loved the convenience of being able to manage my prior authorizations in one place, and virtually. No phone calls. So much more convenient than having to wait on hold, be transferred 20 times, then answering 3 questions that are common sense prior to prescribing the drug.
• Nice to have everything online in drop down menus. Much easier than writing it all by hand on a paper form and faxing it to the company. Ease of making sure you're filling out the right form is a plus, rather than searching the insurance company website for the right form.
• Often instant decisions on PAs, doctor and patient info is automatically saved for next time, super easy to create an account which is nice because I have to teach so many people to use it.
• I like the features that we are able to use. I enjoy the fax from chart and updated letter area.
• The best part about cover my meds was that it is very organized and user friendly to use.
• Its all electronic so no need of faxing documents. Can check real time update on all requests. Good customer service. Most efficient and quick way of doing a Prior Authorization.
