- I like I can login to the app quickly and have an overview of benefits plans and coverage information all in 1 place.
- Collective health has a great user interface, making it easy to navigate the app. It also has a map feature so you can see what doctor or hospital is the closest place to make an appointment.
- Having access to plans and details through an app has been super helpful. If I'm out running errands and have an appointment to get to, I'm not needing to triple check that I have my card with me.
- Accessibility for customer service is easy to locate.
- I like that I have a one-stop shop to access all information about my health benefits. Particularly, I love having access to all my insurance cards on my phone and not have to worry about carrying the physical cards with me.
- I like the interaction it gives me. Communication is excellent and lets me know if it's for billing or something I need to do.
