- It improved staff communication and coordination of care by having everyone have access to other resources and staff members quickly and efficiently.
- As someone in the medical field, something as simple as communication is often overlooked, but the ability to communicate efficiently with my coworkers makes a huge difference!
- There is much better support for us admins on the Doc Halo app which is where I do all of my user setups and admin support for our company.
- I find it to be easy to use Symplr, very easy to use and setup users.
- I like that messages can be sent securely and with read receipts.
- That it is simple to use; literally anybody can learn to use this, can create a PDF of the conversation, and it shows you when messages were read. It is pretty much like text messaging. So if you can text you can use this.
- It was very easy to setup and it was very easy for users to understand how to use it.
- I like being able to message and still be in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- There are many things. First off, you can immediately confirm who has read your messages and exactly when they read them.
