User Reviews

• The ease of access to documents is really great. Password and other security issues still need improvement.
• Individual people are extremely helpful and compassionate. However, inefficiencies lie in the lack of utilizing available technology and information.
• Very easy to access pay stubs and annual documents. Keeps records of every pay stub and offers PDF viewing and printing.
• I like that the claims can be corrected in real time & you have control over your claims to follow up on. I dislike the fact that a lot of claims go into an error status when they are not errors. This is frustrating.
• Limitation after limitation... can only open one chart at a time, can't go straight to med list without going through a patient visit, anybody can open your note and change it, limited amount of characters per field, is not mistake friendly when you add a diagnosis that shouldn't be there, to add labs, radiology workup, etc is tedious. I could go on and on. Look elsewhere!
• Very difficult to navigate, not an intuitive user interface. It took me over a month to become comfortable enough to use for documentation. Frequent need of site to connect to server while using.
• Too many clicks. Narratives do not flow. Program does not follow or support actual workflow. So far nothing works with anything smoothly. To many repeated inputs. Glitch communication with other products. Confusing and fussy GUI.
• Very customizable. You can build your own assessments. Build your own drug library. Multi factor identification with medication administration. Lots of rework is required. When you enter information in one area, it doesn't populate in other areas. The quantity of data required to input is often disproportionate to the situation.
