User Reviews

• I like that we were able to have both client and clinician portals. It was a one stop shop for us to store client information, write client encounter notes, and communicate via messaging.
• I think this is easy to use and also can be better improved with filtering so you have more options to filter from. We see so many patients and there are some you don't need to sent a link to.
• I really like Charm Health. I feel like I’m becoming a pro for the office management side and for billing.
• I have been very pleased. The system has never been down. I always have access to reports and up to date billing records. The patients find the system easy to navigate and rarely do we have a patient complain they can't figure out how to get in the system.
