User Reviews
- It definitely gets the job done and I like the simple, user friendliness of the EMR over other products like eclinical works and Athena which have almost too many options in my opinion but the customer service often leaves me feeling let down or unheard.
- Web check in almost never works, only ports over some of the entered information which then causes patient to duplicate the work when they arrive and there are no fixes in the works that I’m aware of only trying to sell a package for a different type of check in software.
- Integrates well with other systems.
- Very non flexible.
- Not user friendly at all! It is made for iPad.
- Everything is hard to figure out. Instant message is everything but. The labs don't always save when ordering. You can't move between screens without everything resetting.
- This is a basic but easy to use EMR. It's hardly the most popular and doesn't have a lot of fancy functions but gets the job done. Patient charts are formatted well and easy to read.
- It freezes constantly and is hard to navigate.
- I like how each information can be turned into a template to ensure quick and efficient patient assessment by the healthcare provider. I am already an advanced user of DocuTap now that I have been using it for over 2 years.
- Nothing sorry not sorry docutap would crash a lot had to go back to old school writing things down.
