• The poor support and disregard for legacy customers is disappointing.
• It's not perfect and the data does not update in real time like Shield does. In fact, it takes a few days to 'catch up and reconcile between what's on the platform and what's on LinkedIn'.
• A few hurdles in the initial set up, like the way the windows display the lists need to be fixed. The team has received immediately our feedback and a new version is coming soon to fix it.
