• Equum Medical physicians are easy to work with, and in addition to being excellent Intensivists, they understand the challenges of remote care and change management and they are very tech-savvy. Our small, rural hospitals didn’t have Intensivist coverage and we had empty ICU’s. Equum Medical was up and running within weeks, improving patient care during a critical time and generating incremental revenue.
• The Equum Medical tele-ICU physicians see every admission to CCU within 30 minutes of arrival. This allows us to begin treatment immediately so our patients receive high quality care sooner and discharge from the CCU quicker, driving down the cost of our care to our patients. My nursing staff appreciates the services provided and how their patients are being cared for. On multiple occasions the staff have complimented the Equum Medical physicians for being extremely nice, knowledgeable and willing to teach.
• We've been using Equum Medical for just a few months and so far, our on-site clinicians are very satisfied with the service that they are providing. Our hospitalists appreciate having 24/7 intensivist coverage and our nurses are more confident.
